Piggable valves enable you to recover costly products out of product lines. Once the pig is forced through the line, the remaining product film on the inside of the product line can be removed with much less CIP fluid, which lowers the amount of wastewater, cleaning fluids, and cleaning time. They are particularly well suited to processing viscous fluids.
The DELTA regulating valve is outfitted with a diaphragm actuator and positioner. The spring-raising or spring-lowering operation of the diaphragm actuator is reversible. The positioner can be equipped with electrical or pneumatic actuation and feedback signal switches.
APV’s pressure relief valves prevent installations from excessive pressure. The valve opens if the set pressure is exceeded; if the pressure falls below the set value by 20%, the valve opens. The actuator yoke has space for attaching feedback signal proximity switches.
